Bodega Tapas Bar by Sabor Ellerslie is the newest Restaurant in town! We were invited for Media event and got the chance to sample their newest dishes! To start we were hanging by the bar and got the chance to try their champaign,
Bacon wrap Dates, Bruschetta,
Tiger Prawns, Prosuitto Baguette,
Seafood Ceviche, Ahi Tuna with Salmon Roe
and the best item of the night, 36 Month aged Senorio de Montanera Iberico Jamon!
