Miss Saigon Winderemere is the newest Vietnamese Restaurant open in Edmonton! They are a locally own business started in YEG and now open their 2nd location Southwest of Edmonton! This new restaurant is spacious and well decorated! They are also the first pho restaurant in Canada to offer the A5 Wagyu Beef Pho as their store special feature! We were invited as Soft opening Media guests which gave us the opportunity to try their menu!
To start we order some drinks Fresh Coconut Pineapple drinks, Milkis Melona, Bubble Tea and their house Pho Ceasar
For Appetizers, we got Deep fried Squid, Tofu, Spring rolls and Shrimp salad roll
As for Main course, we definitely ordered their A5 Wagyu Pho which was beef was buttery, soft and tender, along with a flavourful broth! Must order Item for sure!
We also ordered their other features such as Pork chop rice, Combination Vermecelli Bowl, Pineapple fried rice, Bun Bo Hue and much more!
The restaurant also has their in house Pastry chef which we were offered many different kinds of desserts! To name a few there There is the Sriracha Ice cream, Miso Cheesecake, Oreo Vietnamese Coffee Ice cream, Mango Coconut Cream Puff, Lemongrass Mango Panna Cotta
Seriously got to come check it out as this is the newest hittest spot in town!
