PIP YEG has been on Whyte Ave for a number of years, however they recently moved to new location across the street offering more spaces and tables for customers! Due to popularity, their weekend brunch are first come first serve so better go early!
They are very known for their Egg Benedicts! Hence we ordered 2 of their specials, Short rib Egg Benedict and Crab Egg Benedict
The Braised Beef Short Rib Eggs Benedict is served with Caramelized onions with House Hashbrown
As for the Buttered Blue Crab Eggs Benedict, it is ixed with Celery, Lemon, Smoked Paprika and served with their House Hash! This was definitely fan favorite as they use real Blue crab meat, making it super flavourful!
Definitely check their new location out and go early!
