Japonais Bistro Windermere is YEG's Newest Japanese Restaurant located in Southwest Windermere Area! This restaurant is newly opened with modern wooden interior design! We have previously posted about the Omakase experience but this time we are trying their Dining room experience!
We ordered a bunch of items on their featured menu as well regular menu!
Starting off with featured menu, we ordered the Premium Chef's Choice Sashimi which we got Blue Fin Chu-toro, Akami, Seabream and Tai
WFresh Oyster platter with Tabasco Aioli, fermented plum and ponzu daikon sauce
We also got their Hot Stone Wagyu!
Off regular menu we also ordered Beef Tataki since it is still everyone's favorite appetizer!
As for Sushi, we ordered the pressed Salmon Sushi torched with Soy Mayo
New Style Chopped Scallop roll with Olive oil seared Sashimi on yuzu soy sauce
Creamy Lobster Udon
as for Dessert, Yuzu Mandarin Orange Semifreddo!
Seriously everything was absolutely delicious and would totally would go ahead! Definitely check them out as their Grand Opening features good list of prize and gifts!
