Jung Korean Restaurant is one of Edmonton's newest KBBQ shops here in YEG! They have a large variety of Meats, hot plates, and party combos!
They have recently introduced their Party for 4 combo and has been a great hit! Combo includes different varieties of Meat and cooked dishes!
Some dishes includes Beef short ribs, slices, Bacon, Pork belly and marinated meats!
As for Cooked food, there's Japchae, Pork Bone soup, Spicy Seafood Tofu soup, Corn cheese, Seafood Pancake and Cheezy veggies!
Also can't forget the refillable side dishes such as Kimchi, seaweed, pickled raddish, Onion, Garlic, and Daikon!
The idea from the owner is they want a combo that will fill the entire table, and seriously they definitely nailed this part! As they also include full serving of rice with combo!
One thing thats great about Korean BBQ is they have strong ventilation which sucks out all the greasy grill smell!
Seriously food tasted amazing, my fav items were the soups, especially the spicy Seafood Tofu soup, so flavourful and full of Umami!
