Shogun Fusion Japanese Vietnamese AYCE Restaurant has been around Edmonton for many years. Originally serving Authentic Japanese Cuisine to Teppanyaki and now All you can eat menu! Their AYCE menu offers a large variety of Japanese Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, Tempura, kitchen items and Vietnamese Rice and noodles dishes!
Their do have a maximum 30 piece per customer Sashimi limit but they are very thick and fresh which 30 pieces is more than enough
Their Tempura was also very crispy, cooked just right!
Other dishes such as Beef Tataki, Sushi and Maki rolls were all top notch!
At $40.95 per person, it was definitely great in value! Be sure to check them out next time downtown YEG!
