One01 Bistro is YEG's Newest restaurant and Bistro located downtown center Edmonton located near City Hall, Epcor building, and Rogers Place serving Asian cuisines such as Japanese Curry Udon, Crispy Tofu, Satay Skewers, Bubble and much more!
We started by ordering Blueberry and Avocado Bubble tea!
They also serve Wine, Craft Beer, spirits and other Non-alcoholic beverages

For starters we got some crispy Tofu and assorted Chicken, Beef, Pork Satay skewers!
Another one of their specialty dish is their crispy shrink with sweet soy, tropical mayo and spicy sauce! The Tropical mayo is my personal fav as it reminds me of their Peach shrimp!
For mains, we got Japanese Curry Tonkotsu Udon which we enjoyed a lot!
However the special feature would definitely be the Premium Seafood fried rice with Tobiko! Super Tasty!
Definitely check them out on next game night since they also offer free customer parking!
